However, there are some areas where delivery may be limited or unavailable due to logistical, regulatory, or practical reasons. Here are some common examples: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and some locations with delivery restrictions. Before shipping to these locations we will contact the byer. In case delivery is not available, the order will be cancelled. In case of order cancellation the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of order cancellation.

However, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. All purchases are final. This policy is in place because our store supports a humanitarian mission to cover medical and prosthetic bills for military war amputees. All funds collected go directly to charitable purposes.
